POWER BOX-Fax protection unit(model no.FS 2000):- Fax machines are kept on all the time. Thus the fax machine is susceptible to premature aging of its component due to overheating, continuous operation and exposure to power hazards like sparks & surges. Powerbox unit is descent solution to protect & increase the life of your fax. The unit keeps the fax powered off in order to save energy & increase the life of Yur Fax Machine. During this time the unit monitors the fax data line for any activity & turns the machine ON as soon as it detects incoming call. When the fax message is received the fax machine is turned OFF after a short delay. When the reset switch is pressed the fax machine is turned ON. Now fax message can be sent. Once again when the fax message is sent the unit automatically turns the machine OFF after a short delay. The unit has in-built spike arrestor.
