Relative Humidity/Temperature and Relative Humidity sensors are configured with integrated circuitry to provide on-chip signal conditioning. These sensors contain a capacitive sensing die set in thermoset polymers that interacts with platinum electrodes. The laser trimmed sensors have an interchangeability of + 5%Relative Humidity, with stable, low drift performance.
