Unit functions as follows:
Unit works for 9 volts battery and does not require separate power supply. As current consumption is low, battery last for long time. Unit sounds Siren or alarm upon actuation. Unit is fixed directly on the rolling shutter. To actuate this unit you have to take the key out. When selection switch is at Immediate Response Position, unit gives alarm immediately. On Delayed Response Position, unit works as follows:
As soon as key is out, unit becomes ON, but it does not sense for almost a minute. This time is provided so that owner could move out of his house after taking the key out of unit. After any body enter, unit senses the same. And waits for 15-20 seconds to sound the alarm. If owner enters, he can use the key and make the unit OFF. But if anybody else enters [by breaking] he will not have proper key with him and it is not possible to find correct key within 15-20 seconds. So unit sounds alarm sensing forced entry.
