We make Heaters & Temperature Controllers for Plastic, Rubber Chemicals, Switchgear, ACR, Gases, Aluminium, Electroplating, PVC Leather, Corrugated Roll, PVC Foam, Vacum forming, Pharmaceutical and food, Hotel, Scientific Equipment and others. We make following heating & Controllers as per International Standard.
  • Tubular Heaters any shape in 3mm - 4mm - 5mm - 6.4mm - 8.4mm -11.4mm and 14.4mm Diameter with MSN - USA MGO and M.S-S.- Copper & Incolloy Titanium & graphite Tube Casing.
  • Mica Band Heaters with Cerawool and Fibreglass Jacket to save power by 40%.
  • Mica & Tubular Nozzle Heaters also with built in Thermocouple.
  • Brass Cast Heaters with MI. Thermocouple for runnerless Moulds and also Aluminium Cast Heaters.
  • High Temp. Cartridge Heaters with Built in FE/Kon. Thermocouple .
  • Groved Refractory Embedded and solid MGO Embedded Strip Heaters and finned strip heaters. Ring heaters and Cartridge Heaters 6.4mm Dia. onwards.
  • SLICA Immersion heaters and also Bobbin Type replaceable elements immersion heaters in M.S - SS and Lead Bonded and Teflon and graphite.
  • Quartz Tube Infrared Heaters.
  • Thermocouple Fe/Kon - Cr / AI and RTD also avaliable M.I. Thermocouple and Mini PT.100.
  • Co2 Gas Pre-heaters and Molecular seive heater for pure Gases.
  • Panel Board Space Heaters and Thermostat.
  • Flanged Immersion and high Pressure Heaters (As per ASA).
  • Air Conditioning and humidity control plant Heaters

  • Digital On/Off and PID Temperature Controller with built-in SCR power Controller, Capillary and stem Thermostat Sunbim Switch are also available. We specialise in Import sibstitute heaters.
