A Microprocessor based fully automatic logic controlled Hard Chrome Plating system ensures a uniform thickness of minimum 8 microns. Computerised systems are engaged in testing at every stage, from raw material to finished product. A highly trained work force at Atul is one of the strongest advantages. AREA OF SPECIALISATION:- Manufacturers of Electro Formed Nickel Micro Screens:-Nickel Micro Screens are made of 99.99% purity Nickel having hard chromium plating of 8 to 19 microns on working face. These screens are used for continuous centrifugal machines for separation of crystal from massecuites.
