Shenzhen Baoan Fenda Industrial Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1993, with investment capital of USD1, 460, 000. We are a professional company specializing in developing and producing all kinds of middle and high end speakers, sound boxes, digital home theaters and super sized home theater systems with a long time experience of electro acoustics research and sound box producing.

With head office located in Shenzhen City, we have facilities covering an area of 100, 000 square meters, and employed more than 2, 100 workers. Our company has most advanced production equipment and latest testing equipment and design software. We own a lot of expertise in the area of electronic, electro acoustics, mechanical, industrial design, plastic and metal materials.

Currently, our company is consisted of one electro acoustics research institution "Amerisonic International" in America, Fenda Technology Hong Kong Developing Co., Ltd., Fenda Audio - Guangzhou Branch Limited; as well as of four factories in China. We have perfect system of scientific research, production, sales, after sales service and enjoy good reputation in both industry and brand awareness in China. In year of 2000, we obtained ISO9001 certificate, and our products have many patented designs in China. Now, our products have stepped into over 80 foreign countries.

With excelsior concept and excellent quality, perfect service, our company is preferred OEM base for MPX, SVEN, JWIN, CompUSA, Carrefoure, GLANZ, JEC, TCL, Great Wall, Hedy. At the same time, we produce a lot of products for famous customers from more that 50 countries including USA, Korea, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle east, Africa, South America, Australia.

At present, we have stepped up a cooperation partnership with Walmart from 2003, also we have further cooperating intention range, and the forecasted Walmart order for 2004 will be USD60, 000, 000 over. At the same time, we also passed the factory audit approval by Carrefour - France and Comi - France, and the first forecast order will come on April.

With good export sales, we obtained self-support import and export qualification in 2000 and honors of "Excellent export enterprise of general trading" and "First 100 excellent industry and commerce enterprises" from Bao'an District government. For future 5 years, we're planning to launch the branding stratagem. We will take 3 years to build up our own brand "F&D" as the local famous brand; and take 5 years to operate "F&D" to become the international famous brand.

Starting from April 2004, our new Zoology Park will start construction, hopefully, we're planning to take 3 years to complete the building, which will become the biggest audio manufacturing base in China, with an area of 200, 000 square meters. It also will be formed by science, industry, commerce and trade as one body. At that time, we will break through the previous yearly capacity records, target at 30, 000, 000 sets audio systems at yearly turnover USD73, 000, 000.

On the other hand, we're improving to complete the stock reconstruction step by step so as to open our brand to the public as a famous audio industry.
