The company was incorporated in the year 1991 and went into production in the year 1995 at its own premises in ELTOP complex (Electronic Town of Punjab) of Industrial focal point at C-122, industrial area, Phase 8 at SAS Nagar, Mohali having a plot area of about 6638 sq. Yards. The accommodation comprises of a double storied well-ventilated and naturally illuminated structure. The Complex houses separate wings for Administrative Offices, Transformer Assembly, Power System Assembly & Testing, and a supporting Machine Shop with a paint shop. The unit has an exclusive facility for vacuum impregnating the insulating compound in the transformers. This has automatic temperature control facility so as to achieve the desired quality of products. To cap it all, the Company has acquired an ISO 9001:2000 Certification to International Quality Standard.

The Company's long term goal is to exceed customers' expectations by providing product that lasts longer and gives complete satisfaction to its customers. To achieve this, quality is practiced at every Stage in the manufacturing process.
