Manufacture of - PTFE Wires, RTD Cable, Insulated PTFE Wires, Thermocouple Wire, Insulated Copper Wire, Conductor Wires, Hermetic Products, Heat Braided cords in India. RTD Cable PTFE Wires - In P.T.F.E insulated wires normally Conductors used are Silver Plated or Nickel plated Copper or as per the requirement in single (solid) or strainfree true concentric, 7, 19 or 37 strand or bunched special construction as per requirement. The insulation is of tape wrapped & sintered P.T.F.E. By the unique tape wrap insulation process remarkable perfect concentricity is obtained which normally is not possible in extruded wire. These PTFE wires contains better stripping, better flexibility, better tear resistant and dielectric strength than extruded wires due to tape wrap technique process. The wire insulated with P.T.F.E confirms to MIL-W 16878 or JSS-51034 or as per customer's specifications. PTFE Sleeves - Advantages ? High Performance from -60?C to 260?C ? High Dielectric Strength ? Superior Tape-Wrapping-Sintering (TWS) Method provides good mechanical stability, high burst pressure and long flex-life ? Unaffected at soldering temperatures ? Insulation is inert to virtually all known Acids, Chemicals and Solids. Suitable for High-Density wiring BRAIDED WIRES The features of these Braided Wires are : ? Tear resistant ? Dizelectric strength ? Higher cut through and abrasion resistant ? High tensile strength ? Working temperature ? Higher flexlife FIBRE-GLASS FLEXIBLE CABLE (fibre-glass based insulation, suitable for thermal class 'B' & 'F'). It overcomes the problem of other conventional wires. CONDUCTOR WIRES We are manufacturing Silver Plated Copper wire (S.P.C.) and Bare Copper conductor wire. We have in-house testing facilities to provide the best product to our customer. We manufacture other constructions also as per customer requirement. HERMETIC PRODUCTS We have excellent experience of manufacturing lead wires and sleevings for hermetic compressors. These lead wires and sleevings are completely compatible with refrigerant gases and are being widely used by the hermetic compressor manufacturers.
