Agrawal Group of companies is a progressive, professionally managed, multi-activity group having a turnover of around Rs. 30 Crores (US$6 million) through diversified activities in MANUFACTURING and MARKETING. The group corporate office is located at Pune, Maharashtra, India with offices/factories at Goa & Pondicherry.
The chief promoter of the group, Mr. S.P.Agrawal has wide experience in Consumer Electronics, having worked for 16 years in Philips India Ltd., Pune. In 1974 he floated his own company to manufacture electronic products. He is supported by Mr. Amit Agrawal, Mr. Asit Agrawal and Mr. Deepak Kumar - all qualified engineers.
The Group has been manufacturing upto 60, 000 radios, tape recorders & car stereos, per month for Philips India Ltd. The expertise of the group lies in doing mass manufacture of electronic and electrical assemblies economically without compromising on quality. The Group is committed to giving quality through constant improvements and involvement of the employees. Needless to say the three manufacturing units in Goa i.E. Magic Electronics, A.S.Electronics and Amitanjali Electronics Corporation are all ISO-9002 certified companies - having got their certification in the preliminary audit itself. A New unit - AGL Electronics Corporation - has also been started at Pondicherry to manufacture Luminaires of all kinds with Philips as one of its major customers. Ready Factory Buildings are also available at Sanaswadi, Pune and Ahmednagar.
