Electro Mechanicals has earned a distinct identity in the manufacturing of abrasion resistant products, abrasion resistant liners, cast basalt, basalt liners, transformer tanks, ceramic lined products, ash pipes, slurry pipes, basalt pipes, fittings, air & oil filters and dryers, corrosion resistant products, draft tubes, discharge cones and other parts for hydro turbines. The company has been awarded the ISO 9001 Certification which speaks of high quality standards and products.
We have a team of skilled staff who are well qualified in their respective fields. The manufacturing unit of the company has special units, dedicated to specific jobs such as Manufacturing- a large shop floor area covered by Cranes with maximum lifting capacity of 40 M.T.

Testing- Different facilities like radiography, pressure testing, paint film thickness and adhesion test are available.
The company has laid down strict parameters for quality check of all the inputs of the system. Quality assurance plans are clearly laid out and submitted at the time of estimation and tendering. Our products are covered by quality plans and we have third party inspections for our products to ensure the premium quality of manufactured goods.

Manufacturing of - Abrasion resistant products, abrasion resistant liners, cast basalt, basalt liners, transformer tanks, ceramic lined products, ash pipes, slurry pipes, basalt pipes, fittings, air & oil filters and dryers, corrosion resistant products, draft tubes, discharge cones and other parts for hydro turbines. ? Slurry and Ash pipe lines with Cast Basalt liners Cast basalt has an excellent performance of abrasion and corrosion resistance. Basalt is used for abrasion resistance applications, the most common being in power, Thermal power Station, cement and metallurgical industry & where the ash are like tobe handle. ? Ceramic lined elbows and cones We are in the manufacturing of ceramic lined elbows and cones also. We have manufacturing Vessels and pipelines with abrasion resistant linings.These linings are very hard, have very low sliding friction and can tolerate very high temperatures. In power plants, they find applications in 1. Coal bunker, Pulverized coal piping 2. Sinter-ash bunker, Ash removal piping, Fly-ash piping 3. Ash silo 4. Fly-dust piping 5. Sinter handling bunker, collection bunker 6. Flue-gas channels 7. Scraper conveyor ? Air and Oil Filters and Dryers Thermo-syphon system is regularly used on transformers to maintain and improve upon the quality of oil while the transformer is in service. The system has its unique advantages, some of them being Control of moisture and reduction of acidity in oil, improvement of BDV and longer life of Transformer Oil. ? Draft, Tubes, Turbines Cones and parts for Hydro Turbines We are in the manufacturing of Stainless steel discharge cones, draft tubes and draft elbows. These products demand very high quality of welding and dimensional accuracy. ? Oil Storage 50 KL We manufacture a large variety of components for hydro and thermal turbines and generators. These portable tanks are required at substations for transportation and storage of oil during filtration. ? Transformer Tanks, Accessories and pipe works of various capacities We manufacture the exclusive range of transformer tanks starting from 600 KVA to 400 MVA. Our range covers the design manufacture and matching of all the associated components like Conservators, headers and all pipe work. ? Inert lines vessels of Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel lined with Rubber or FRP We manufacture reaction vessels, which are of use in every food-processing chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. They can be lined with fiberglass - FRP, glass or rubber. ? Land shaping and ore handling machinery We manufacture land-shaping and ore-handling machinery. Reclamation of worn out components is done with most advanced techniques and is quite economical.
