US Airconditioning Distributors, Inc. Was incorporated in July of 1990 when long time Carrier employees John Staples and John Scarsi purchased the distributorship and began operations as Southern California Air Conditioning Distributors. The company was formerly owned by Carrier Corporation and was called Carrier Los Angeles. It was the largest wholly owned branch of Carrier in the United States. The number of employees totaled 140 and sales were estimated at $75 million. The Carrier Los Angeles branch only distributed Carrier brand products and had seven branches.
USAirconditioning Distributors is the world's largest privately owned HVAC distributor. Its location in the City of Industry covers 15 acres with 212, 000 square feet of covered warehouse. We have 43 other locations throughout Southern California, Nevada, Utah, and Idaho.
USAirconditioning Distributors sells the complete line of Carrier Bryant & Payne equipment from a 9000 Btu window unit to 2500 ton centrifugal chillers. We specialize in providing technical expertise on application of HVAC product & controls for Design Engineers, Design build contractors & dealers with over 50 graduate engineers on staff. Our sales are over 400 million and we have over 600 employees.
