Warranty
All products manufactured by Premium Productions Pty Ltd are covered by a three month warranty from date of manufacture. During the period of the warranty, Premium Productions Pty Ltd will at its option either repair or replace the product free of charge. Any obligation on the part of Premium Productions Pty Ltd to repair or replace the product is subject to the following:

A) The product is defective if it fails to function in accordance with the manufacturers specifications due to a fault in design, materials or workmanship;

B) This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, abuse, misuse or accidental damage;

C) This warranty is subject to Premium Productions Pty Ltd being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials, and was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors, or circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) defective installation, maintenance or repair, alteration or modification of the product in any way;

D) The product was purchased by the customer directly from Premium Productions Pty Ltd;

E) The product has not incurred damage by lightning or other electrical or natural forces exceeding the stated limits of the product;

F) Notice of the defect has been given to Premium Productions Pty Ltd by the customer and a Return Authorization (RA) number has been issued to the customer by Premium Productions Pty Ltd;

G) The defective product is returned to Premium Productions Pty Ltd in suitable packaging with the RA number clearly marked on the outside. Cost of returning the product to Premium Productions Pty Ltd under warranty is the customer?s responsibility. Returning the product to the customer will be at Premium Productions Pty Ltd expense;

H) Where the product is returned to Premium Productions Pty Ltd and is found not to be defective, Premium Productions Pty Ltd may make a reasonable charge for handling;

I) Premium Productions Pty Ltd?s obligation under this warranty shall cease on the commencement of repair of the product by any other party other than Premium Productions Pty Ltd.

No other warranty is expressed or implied as to the quality or fitness of product supplied by Premium Productions Pty Ltd for any particular purpose. Premium Productions Pty Ltd shall not be liable to the customer or any other party for any consequential losses or damages whatsoever.
