Electrical/Electronic :polyimide [ kapton base [-73 c to 260 c]], polyester[ ul rated ], ptfe, uhmw, copper ,glass cloth tapes.Thermally conductive transfer adhesive : to bond materials which are supplied without adhesive for ease in assembly. Thermally conductive fabrics that offer outstanding thermal transfer and electrical insulation: pcb fabrication press pads, hal,smobc and other masking tapes, release films.
